John Andrews, Managing Director

In his position as managing director John has a detailed knowledge of all matters relating to the incorporation of a wide range of companies and related corporate secretarial services and his advice is therefore sought by an increasing number of professional clients.
John grew up on Sydney's Northern Beaches and in 1983 obtained a Bachelor of Economics, from Macquarie University.
After joining Corporate Representatives in 1985, John's role was providing a range of incorporation and corporate secretarial services and related information to Sydney's accounting and legal professions.
John very quickly attained the postion of Managing Director and responsibility for the overall administration of the Company and for the full range of incorporation and corporate secretarial services provided to the company's growing list of professional clients.
Further studies and examinations resulted in John being elected a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Managers, Secretaries and Administrators in 1990.
Colin Andrews, Director
F.C.I.S., F.C.I.M., F.C.P.A.
The formation of Corporate Representatives in 1983 was the culmination of a desire which Colin held for many years, to establish a comprehensive professional service in the field of corporate secretarial practice.
After completing his high school education at Fort Street Boys' High School, Colin undertook accounting studies through the Australian Society of Accountants (now the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants).
Colin is an elected Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants and elected Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Managers, Secretaries and Administrators
During his business career Colin has held the position of Company Secretary of some of Australia's larger public listed companies including Fire and All Risks Insurance Co. Limited, the parent company of the F.A.I. Insurance Group, and Ipec Holdings Limited, the parent company of the Federal Hotels Group.
