Corporate Representatives commenced business as a shelf company provider in 1983.
Since 1985 the company has progressively expanded its range of incorporation products and related services to the comprehensive list of services presently available.
The company was originally established by Colin Andrews one of the present directors who has held the position of Company Secretary in several of Australia's top public listed companies.
Colin Andrews' eldest son John joined the company in 1985 after completing his Bachelor of Economics degree at Macquarie University.
John Andrews the present managing director assumed responsibility for the day to day management of the company in 1985 whilst Colin Andrews concentrated on research and product development.
Since its inception the company has adhered to one unswerving principle, that is, to provide its clients with the best quality of corporate secretarial services at a competitive price and to follow up that service with a high standard of after sales service.
